Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds / returns on the products that we sell. Refunds will only be provided for any instances where it is due to fault of our own. Examples may include: Incorrect size sent ; Any physical fault with the shoe ; Incorrect shoe sent - however all shoes are checked before sending so these circumstances are rare. We ship orders Monday to Friday using Royal Mail Tracked 24 With Signature as standard, which aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch. Same day dispatch is also available on all orders that are placed before 3.30PM.

Once your order has been shipped an email will update you with your tracking number, alternatively the 'Track your order' page can be used on our website to find your tracking number.
